JOE

Strength and Condition Specialist
Using skills gained from working as a Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning Coach. Joe works one on one with clients and in small groups and teams, guiding each individual to perform higher than their own expectations.
Joe will develop a unique process for each individual taking them from their current level of fitness to beyond their imagination. Bio Mechanical and movement assessments are the starting point for each process and are measured as you succeed.
ROD

Holistic Coaching Specialist
Using the skills developed from 20+ years of experience gained in the health & fitness industry as a Personal Lifestyle coach and Structural Bodywork practitioner. Rod works one on one with clients, coaching them in connecting Mind Body Spirit.
Rod will assess your Energy Levels, resting heart rate, blood pressure, body measurements, a full body Biomechanical assessment, postural assessment, postural analysis, breathing techniques and nutrition.
Once this information is gathered Rod will design an ongoing set of programming to assist you in achieving your goals.
JALEN

Corrective Exercise & Fitness Specialist
Being active has always been a key part of my life. When I was younger, it was sports which then transitioned to exercise and movement. Needing to do rehab for a back injury, I was introduced to the realm of corrective exercise and the rest is history!
I integrate elements from my previous experiences in group fitness, strength and conditioning, CrossFit, and Pilates. But most importantly, I adapt all of my sessions to the needs and desires of my client. I love to connect and build rapport with my clients so they feel comfortable and safe. I have been known in the past as the "Smiling Assassin," so know you’ll get a great workout to your ability.
MAEVE

Personal Training & Postural Specialist
Using skills gained from extensive experience teaching group exercise, personal training, and facility management, Maeve recognizes and values how interconnected all aspects of our health are.
She will lead you through a variety of postural and muscular assessments, getting a good understanding of where you are currently and the steps needed to achieve your goals.
